It’s a 12 month contractor assignment that will pay up to €63 per hour.
Job Description:
Overview:
Manages one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Projects may be strategic in nature. Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning). Regularly interacts with management. Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members. May be responsible for cross-functional teams.
Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented. May obtain and manage external resources required for project completion. Skills: expertise in running medium to large scale projects, excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures, experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices, strong analytical skills, business process development best practices, change management, strong MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills, understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration, excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources Apply the knowledge, skills, tools and techniques of project management / operational excellence to ensure optimal execution of programs/projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide support to Site in terms of training, facilitation and coaching of Operational Excellence. Expectations/scope/complexity Knowledge

May participate in the strategy development of the site Project Portfolio Management
Support portfolio management of the initiatives governed by the Project Review Meeting. This includes project prioritization, resources management, status management and external communication. Project
Management Manages complex (larger, interdisciplinary or site wide) projects/initiatives. This includes:
Arrange agreement among the project team, customers, and management on the goals of the project
Develop a plan that addresses quality, objective, scope, cost, schedule, resources and responsibilities - to organize the project, and measure progress against schedule and budget
Effectively communicate with everyone involved in the project
Have a controlled scope in place, that is understood by all stakeholders and maintained throughout completion of the project
Execute prudent risk and issue management. Have a controlled scope in place, that is understood by all stakeholders. Owns the change control if applicable.
Guide project champion and sponsor toward timely decisions that keep the project moving
Motivate, support and direct project team members, and inspire teamwork Operational Excellence
Supports the Site in terms of training, facilitation and coaching of Project Management and Operational

Management Systems Basic Qualifications The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge or the equivalent.
Minimum Requirements
• BSc or BEng degree (Engineering, Science or Economics
• Experience as Project manager in an International, Pharmaceutical or Supply Chain Environment
• Project management certification PMP, IPMA C, Prince 2 Practitioner
