Our client a global healthcare company are currently seeking a Senior New Product Introduction to join their team. The Senior NPI Manager is a key role with client and will be responsible for managing the transfer of technology and products into and out of facility as per schedule and on budget.


Role/Responsibilities:

  • Organise and Coordinate introduction of New products onto site.
  • Prepare, Review, Approve and implement procedures in compliance with the Global Policies, Industry Guidance/ standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Participate in closure of CAPA, CCF's and PDR as per the applicable standard operating procedures.
  • Adhere to safety policies, procedures and Regulations as applicable to site.
  • Participate in Training Assessment and Developmental activities applicable to the role.
  • Manage activities pertaining to Workday, TMS and Procurement as applicable for the role.
  • Participate, Supervise and Deliver in Improvement projects site wide to increase viability of the operations of the site.

Skills/Experience:

  • A third level qualification in a relevant discipline. A qualification in Project Management would be advantageous.
  • At least 8 years Project Management experience is essential within cGMP Pharma environment. OSD experience is an advantage.
  • Recent experience in a process engineering/projects role in the Pharma/Biotech industry is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of statistics applicable to Process Capability studies using tools like Minitab would be advantageous.
  • People management experience is required.
  • Proven track record of project based activities in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in cross-functional team environments, as well as independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Good decision making and problem solving skills.
  • The ability to be self-driven and working on own initiative but also be a team player.
  • Will be proactive and flexible.
