Senior Product Development Engineer:
We are currently working on a very exciting opportunity for anyone who may be interested in relocating to Australia. Our client a fast-growing medical device company based in Sydney are currently seeking experienced and passionate product development engineers to join their team. Working on a highly innovative products in a fast growing enviornment
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution as our client embarks on next stage of their product develoipment road map. Sponsorhip willbe provided and relocation expenses will be covered
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in product development for medical devices, ideally in highly
regulated Class III devices, and with catheter experience;
Deep knowledge of extrusion processes (tube, pressure), winding (pitch, speed), braiding
(pitch, material), and finite element analysis within tightly toleranced assemblies;
Experience in micro engineering with high accuracy jigging;
Experience designing for manufacturability;
Experience with supplier/manufacturer/toolmaker engagement and management;
Product verification, validation, and documentation process;
Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD (e.g. Solidworks).
