Job Purpose
Senior Automation Engineer who will take ownership of coding EMs, Phases and Recipes on the Emerson DeltaV platform and generation of associated FDS Documentation. The expectation is that the succcessful candidate will interface with Process Design Engineers from Design through to Commissioning
Duration (Apr 2017 – Apr 2018)
Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Automation Engineer will work closely with the Process Design Engineers and other project team members to meet key software delivery milestones.
Education
·Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Chemical Engineering, or related field with substantial experience in this field.
Knowledge or Experience Required:
·Strong Delta V coding background
·Experience with process plant commissioning
·Experience in biotech preferred
·Experience in automation design & commissioning
·Strong organisational, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
The following would be advantageous:
·Experience with working in a Biotech facility
·Knowledge and experience with a plant start-up
·Familiarity with operating in a fully automated plant
·Familiarity with GMP change control requirements
